Meir Ezra - The Future of your Child

We all love our children – it is a kind of a universal truth.

We want our children to succeed in life as our future depends in no small degree on how well they do in life. But… what is success?

Can you write the definition of success?

If you don’t know what success is will you be able to reach it?

If you don’t know what you want to achieve – can you achieve it?

The pre-requisite to achieving anything is gaining an ability to define it clearly. The law is – you will not achieve what you can not define.

So, you want your child to be successful – what is success?

Now… I am sure you will think of all kinds of examples of successful people or actions, but it is not the definition of the word success and before you will be able to define it - you will not reach it for your child AND for YOU!

So, as a special gift to you, I have prepared a short recording about success and life…

Much Love,

The Coach Who Guarantees Financial Results - Meir Ezra

I recently met a gentleman named Meir Ezra. We had coffee together a couple of weeks ago when I was in Florida.

Meir is an international entrepreneur with multi-million dollar businesses and clients in over 14 countries.

He was explaining to me that he offers seminars and coaching with guaranteed results. I was pretty skeptical of this, but when he explained just one of the techniques he uses to help his clients boost their income, it made a lot of sense to me.

I am a registered investment advisor and only bill my clients for results. Instead of earning brokerage commissions or kick-backs from selling mutual funds and insurance, I only make money when my clients earn a positive return. Of course, most individual investors are in the same boat, only rewarded by growing their capital. The bottom line is the bottom line for myself and my fellow investors reading this. We need results.

What I found very interesting about one of the things Meir Ezra does at his Guaranteed Prosperity seminars is that he teaches people how to eliminate their feelings of guilt, shame and regret surrounding money. More over, he has his seminar attendees continue this process until they are making more money. This all happens in a space of a few hours or days at most.

I'm familiar with the technique Meir Ezra uses to do this and I've had so many successes doing it myself, that I highly recommend other investors and entrepreneurs check him out. To continue investing while still having feelings of guilt, shame or regret about money is an accident waiting to happen. We've all made mistakes with money, but there's no reason to allow these things to continue to have any effect.

In order to be in control of one's finances and successfully protect and grow one's wealth, it is invaluable to feel 100% clean about money. The technique Meir Ezra teaches to achieve this result is fast, effective and he guarantees your results. I highly recommend you check out his seminar and experiencing this for yourself.

Until next time...

Meir Ezra - No Shortcuts to Prosperity

You have problems if you focus too much on money or too much on production.

If you focus too much on money, all you think is "get money, get money, get money." You borrow as much money as you can. You convince people to pay you for services or goods you have not produced. You gamble or invest hoping you will get money without having to work for it.

For example, the manager of a computer company is more concerned about selling computers than making computers. She buys huge advertisements, hires excellent salespeople and pays them big commissions. Because her company cannot make enough computers, and the ones they do make are bad quality, she gets fired by the owner. The company has a horrible reputation and closes down

If you focus too much on production, all you think is "produce, produce, produce." You build your product or provide your service without any attention on money. You think, "If I just do nothing but produce, I'll eventually get some money."

For example, a dentist loves making people's smiles look perfect. He hates asking for money. So he works hard fixing people's teeth, but never collects his fees. He does not focus enough on money and goes out of business.

"When either money or production get out of balance one has trouble. All production and no money is as bad as all money and no production.

"This also answers the world mystery of booms and depressions which, unsolved, drove the whole field of economics into a mad subject."

"Well-paid delivery in high quality is the correct answer. Only then can a boom continue."

"There are no shortcuts to honest prosperity." -- L. Ron Hubbard

All Money, No Production

As you may have noticed, too many people have gotten stuck on getting money and not production.

For example, Fred hears how people are making money by buying houses and then selling them for a big profit. Fred also learns he can borrow a great deal of money, even though he doesn't make enough money to pay it off. He is convinced, "I'll just buy this big house with this big loan. I'll sell it in a year and make a big pile of money, just like everyone else."

Joe owns a company that has a $1 million retirement fund. Hundreds of workers have given part of their pay into this fund. Pete convinces Joe to give him the $1 million so he can turn it into $2 million through big house loans. Pete gets a big commission from the bank for getting Joe's $1 million.

Barney owns an investment company. He tells the mortgage company, "Let me take control of your $100 million in loan accounts. I have investors who will give us $150 million as they think real estate will keep going up. You and I will each get a $2 million commission!"

Fred can't pay back his loan and no one will buy his house, so he goes bankrupt. Pete's plan completely fails wiping out Joe's company retirement fund meaning Joe has no money for his workers' retirements. Pete has earned a bad reputation and cannot get a job. Barney asks the government for $150 million to bail him out.

Meir Ezra - Improve Your Health and Happiness

You may have heard that to succeed, you need to adjust yourself to the world around you. Examples:

"You'd better get used to it as that's the way it is." "To be happy, you must compromise." "Don't make waves!"

Yet, to succeed, you must take a different approach.

"Man succeeds because he adjusts his environment to him, not by adjusting himself to the environment." -- L. Ron Hubbard

You decide what you want and how you want it. You take an active role. You change the world around you.

Think of the most successful people you know. Do they mold themselves to fit in? Or do they change the world around them?

As well as determining your success, your ability to adjust your environment also determines your health and happiness.

"So long as an individual maintains his own belief in his ability to handle the physical universe and organisms about him and to control them if necessary or to work in harmony with them, and to make himself competent over and among the physical universe of his environment, he remains healthy, stable and balanced and cheerful." -- L. Ron Hubbard

Leading to Serve - Meir Ezra

I believe that life is what I make it to be, always has been and always will be… Some people look and try to understand… try to understand why… I, on the other hand, love to dream, dream of new things, things that have never before been tried or realized and ask why not – this is Meir Ezra

After working for five years as a car salesman, Jim was promoted to the sales manager position. During his first week as manager, he decided he needed to show everyone who was boss.

Jim cracked the whip. He held a meeting and told the other sales people, "I want 10 cars sold today or someone will get fired!"

Jim was pushy, demanding and angry. The sales people ran around looking busy and avoiding Jim. Everyone tried to force customers to buy cars, but car sales dropped.

Jim yelled even louder. "You can't sells cars by pressuring customers, you idiots! Now get out there and sell these stupid cars!"

After a month of this, his two best sales people quit. Sales dropped even further. The car dealership owner said, "Jim, if you can't turn sales around, I'm afraid I'll need to get another sales manager."

Jim said, "I can't believe this! What am I doing wrong?"

Five Bad Leadership Attitudes

Like many new managers, Jim did not really understand his role as a leader. He and many other managers have these wrong ideas about managing people.

1. "Because I'm the manager, you better respect me . . . or else!"

2. "People are lazy and so I need to force them to work."

3. "I am superior to everyone here which is why I can do anything I want."

4. "If you work for me, you need to kiss my butt."

5. "If you don't like how I run things, you can leave."

Because of these attitudes, Jim's staff were selling fewer cars and looking for other jobs. If Jim did not change his attitude, he would also be looking for a new job soon.

Just in time, Jim learned this vital fact about management.

Meir Ezra GP Parent Academy

"The condition of tomorrow's society is defined by the condition of today's children."-Meir Ezra
                             Founder of Parent Academy

Despite the prime basic love between parents and children, most families still suffer from the following problems:

·         The “generation gap effect” between parents and children
·         Major arguments with revolting children
·         Endless fights between siblings
·         Physical and verbal abuse
·         Foul language between the parents
·         Fights with the in-laws
·         And much more…

It seems there is no shortage of problems, yet there is a severe shortage of effective solutions.

UPCOMING LIVE EVENTS
Parenting Master Class
Sunday November 8, 2015 | 2:00pm - 4:30pm
Hilton Toronto Airport - Toronto, Canada

What Is The Parent Academy?

Families suffer and often live a miserable life all because they simply lack the tools to address issues in their families and relationships. In other words, parents and children simply do not know how to be parents or how to be children, and so, despite the endless and unconditional love parents and children innately have, there seems to be endless conflict.

We at Guaranteed Prosperity understand that most families are in a real need for effective help, and so we decided to give parents the training course they never got.

The Parent Academy is guaranteed to teach parents how to raise children in a happy, fun and effective environment.

The full academy is composed of 50 lessons. Each lesson consists of a theory section, practical exercises and real life situation simulation games.

The lessons are all based on the precepts of the booklet The Way to Happiness® - a Common Sense Guide to Better Living, and guides the parents gradually towards the application of these principles in family life.

The Lessons Cover Real Situations Including:

ü  How to get children to clean their bodies and their environment properly (we all know many children for some reason revolt against the idea of a shower or a clean room)

ü  How to encourage an independent and responsible child and young adult

ü  How to ensure your child never touches drugs

ü  How to handle common problems like the child’s white lies" and hiding of information, etc.

ü  How to deal with issues such as diligence, help at home, good nutrition, socializing,

ü  How to handle prolonged television viewing and video game playing (a central theme in the life of every child)

ü  How to deal with the issues around school and study

ü  As well as many situations one needs to confront if one raises children or if one once was a child.

The Parent Academy combines logical and practical solutions - and through experiential learning and fun, each participant internalizes the ideas and so they quickly convert from words and ideas to effective actions and results.

Meir Ezra - Who Do You Blame?

No one wins the blame game.

For example, you make a mistake or something goes wrong. So you blame someone or something.

"I crashed the car because you played the radio too loud!"
"It's not my fault the soup is too salty! It's your recipe."
"If we had a newer computer, I would do better in school."

Blameis frequently used to explain poor job performance.

"My boss is such a jerk, I can't get my work done."
"I closed my painting shop and went bankrupt because of the economy."
"You don't pay me enough to be nice to EVERY customer."

Blame is also used for personal problems.

"I'm depressed because of the tragedies in the news."
"I can't be faithful to my wife because I have a chemical imbalance."
"I can't stop smoking because my father used to spank me."

Why You Can't Win the Blame Game

When you blame someone or something else, you actually make yourself weak and ineffective. You make yourself "at effect" instead of being "at cause" of the situation. You give power to the person or thing you blame.

"Blaming something else makes that something else cause; and as that cause takes on power, the individual in the same act loses control and becomes effect." -- L. Ron Hubbard

For example, your business is failing and you blame your assistant. You say,"My assistant messed up my business," which is just another way of saying, "My assistant controls me and the success of my business."

If you take responsibility for your business, you would say, "I need to train my assistant better."

As another example, you might blame your parents for your stress and anxiety. You might say, "My parents ruined my life," which is the same as saying, "My parents are so powerful, they control my mood and my emotions."

Stopping the blame game and accepting responsibility for yourself gives you new hope. "My parents didn't ruin my life. I ruined my life by being lazy and unemployed. I need to improve my opinion about myself and get busy."

Meir Ezra - Goals and Happiness

What makes you happier than anything else you do? Where does real contentment come from?

If you understand and apply the following definition of happiness, you also open the door to unlimited success for yourself, your family and your group.

"Happiness could be defined as the emotion of progress toward desirable goals. There is an instant of contemplation of the last goal in which one is content. But contentment becomes boredom immediately that new goals do not come to view. There is no more unhappy thing than a man who has accomplished all his ends in life." — L. Ron Hubbard

Examine how three facts, from this definition of happiness, make happiness come and go in your life.

1. "There is an instant of contemplation of the last goal in which one is content."

Think of goals you have reached in the past. Remember how you felt on your wedding day or when you graduated from school or a training course? In each case, you achieved a goal!

Remember those times when you were content with life? Maybe when you started a business or landed a great job? When you paid off your debts?

At every point in your life when you felt content or happy, you can probably find you were either making progress toward a goal or had reached a goal

2."But contentment becomes boredom immediately that new goals do not come to view."

Without a new goal, you get bored. Boredom leads to stress and misery. For example, planning a vacation is exciting. But toward the end of a vacation many people are bored to tears as they no longer have a goal.

Arguments during honeymoons are common if the newlyweds do not set goals for their marriage.

Planning your retirement and the first day of retirement is a thrill. But the joy of freedom quickly turns to boredom and early death if you do not work on new goals Meir Ezra.

"There is no more unhappy thing than a man who has accomplished all his ends in life."

Think of a time you were very bored. Had you completed a major goal without starting a new one? Look at other times you were bored. Examine your goals, or lack of goals, at those times.

3."Happiness could be defined as the emotion of progress toward desirable goals."

We can use this definition to understand unhappiness as well. When were you last unhappy?

In each case, you probably 1) had no goal, 2) were trying to reach an undesirable goal, or 3) you were making no progress toward a goal.

Using the definition of happiness makes happiness easy to achieve. Simply chose desirable goals and make progress toward them!

The Strategist by Meir Ezra

“Everyone knows” the importance of strategic planning. However, in a survey I conducted, I found more than 99% of people cannot define what a strategy is and yet all those who have been asked, said they used strategic planning in their life.

The obvious question is – how can one do something he has no definition for? It is like me asking you to do “jigago” planning. Can you do it? Of course not. The same applies to strategic planning.

So everyone thinks they know what is strategic planning, yet, in reality, they don’t.

They mix strategy with tactical, operational, projects, targets and other things. It is all a big mishmash for them… BUT they have total certainty that strategic planning is vitally important.

Well, how do you become the ultimate strategist?

The first step would be to understand what is strategic planning, and this is exactly what we will learn in this course.

The strategist seminar will teach you:

• What is a strategy.

• What is a strategic planning.

• How to create a strategy that will ensure your success – always.

• Who should write a strategy.

• How you ensure the strategy gets implemented.

• What you need to know to become a strategist.

• How you debug a strategy.

• THAT IT IS ALL SIMPLE.

• What losing armies do not know about strategies.

• And much more…

This seminar will make you a master strategist and, more importantly, you will become known as the person that gets things done.

What if you could get things accomplished on time, on budget and with no effort? The strategist seminar will teach you the tools you need in order to achieve this and much more.

“If you follow the processes – you cannot fail” Meir Ezra

That is the phrase that first caught my attention and from the work I have done with Meir , I know it is true for me. Come to the event and discover how that is true for you.

Genius Tour by Meir Ezra

Business Structures

People typically do a business structure with the Director on the top with different departments under it such as marketing, management, sales, accounting, legal.

Meir’s structure is a very LONG big chart of columns that is on a continuum – a cylindrical chart, like a barrel.  Steve Jobs got from E. Hubbard the cylindrical chart of 7 areas and Apple took off.

Every company needs 7 areas, even if the company is just one person.  The area that is the lowest defines our overall product. Shows what they need to produce and how to measure.

Everyone pushes to same direction so the energy is output, not input = no fighting.

7 areas of the cylindrical chart:

1.      Executive
2.     Human Resource
3.     Sales
4.     Treasury
5.     Technical
6.     Qualitycontrol/correction division (corrected organization and its people) income/# of people
7.     New public

Success definition: Achieving the postulated (self created truth) results or more of the desirable results compared to an earlier time. You become the CAUSE of changes, not the EFFECT.

An individual who is not working in life to remedy or to make better the actual conditions which he finds around him is not liable to succeed. And if you want a good definition of success, it would just be that: a person who can look around him and see what has to be done, what has to be remedied, what’s actual, and then actually can do and does do something about it. And that person is about eighty-four light-years above normal.

How does one know if he has achieved more, less or the same of the things wanted? By using MEASUREMENTS.   Every area of our life is measurable.

Without measurement:

1.      one cannot know who won
2.     one cannot know if he failed or succeeded,
3.     one cannot know what needs to be corrected
4.     once cannot know if change is needed
5.     one does not know what is right and what is wrong
6.     you can not have management even if one measures but doesn’t inspect, one cannot manage. It is here that we have operating on opinions and rumors vs. operating on facts, or you are guessing.
The universe is divided in two:

1.      those things that can be measured and;
2.     those things that cannot be measured.
In business, only one thing cannot be measured:  that which has not been done or produced.

A person who resists measurements:  1. is too unorganized and so has no time for anything and is already non productive, or,  2. is producing nothing of value.

Why do we need to measure our success? Without measurements we will make mistakes. Balance sheets are for the government – to show how much taxes we need to pay. They are not a true picture of success. Many businesses that measure with profit and loss statements and balance sheets show profit, but the owner has nothing in their account.  Meir’s system is a different way of measurements, formulas, specific steps to give an accurate picture of how the business is doing, and how to improve production and profit.

Hiring Guru: Meir Ezra

Since releasing my book, The Naked Interview: Hiring Without Regret, I've spoken to many clients and business owners about the topic of hiring and retaining great people. One colleague I recently reviewed the subject with is Meir Ezra, a successful businessman and consultant, based in the Tampa, FL area.

Among his accomplishments, Ezra established and grew a company to $100 Million in revenues in just three years. He has a wide range of experience in many fields, is a successful inventor with several registered patents and has donated millions of dollars to charitable organizations.

Ezra intelligently pointed out that when it comes to hiring, many business owners overly concern themselves with finding what they refer to as "good people". He believes this is too broad of a general notion. Of course, it's important we work with good people, but in business, what we really need to have on our team are people who are productive, first and foremost.

Identifying candidates who will be productive on your team is critical to a successful hire and something I cover in Chapter 6: The Interview where I ask Has This Candidate Produced Results?

It is vital to check the candidate's ability to achieve results. Is the prospect able to translate his or her knowledge into definite results of value? You need to know about that person's earlier products. Then to effectively verify this, check references after the interview.

Another thing Meir Ezra emphasizes when it comes to hiring is how much responsibility there is on the employer to make sure the new hire is given everything they need to become a productive member of the team. This comes down to well-documented job responsibilities and effective training. Your new team member needs to understand not only what their job is, but exactly how to do it successfully. This needs to be drilled until they are competent and confident in their abilities. Furthermore, your new team member needs to understand the overall organizational structure, its purposes and goals and how they can best contribute to those ends.

Finally, like everyone in a successful organization, your new team member needs something to be measured by. Identifying the specific actions they are responsible for taking and what they need to produce is critical. This takes the guesswork out of productivity, giving your new hire and management the ability to quantify production.

Properly identifying successful candidates, training them, monitoring their statistics and optimizing production are areas I work on with many of my coaching clients on an ongoing basis. When all of these areas are carefully managed, the results are outstanding. Staff morale and retention increase dramatically and profitability is maximized.

I introduce how a standardized process can increase your results in this area in my free video series at HiringAcademy.com.

It's great getting input from successful businessmen like Meir Ezra and aspiring entrepreneurs alike. Please leave your own comments about hiring below, sharing things you've found effective or questions you may have. I read all the feedback I receive and respond as well.

Meir Ezra: Make More Money by Facing the Music

Steve has the golden touch. Everything he does makes money. As an employee at a furniture store, he gets fast promotions and raises. After five years, he is the top manager and makes a deal with the owner to buy the business. He makes several improvements and triples the income. He has no debt, saves money every month and has a lot of fun.

Andy never has any money. He works hard at the same furniture company, but never gets ahead. He can't remember his last raise and is terrified of starting a business. He spends more than he makes, so his debts are steadily increasing. Because he constantly worries about money, he has health problems, as well

What is the greatest difference between Steve and Andy?

"Man is having trouble with finance? Obviously, he is unwilling to confront* money." -- L. Ron Hubbard

(*Confront has two common definitions: 1) meet face-to-face in hostility or defiance. 2) face up to and deal with a problem. In this article, we are using the second definition.)

To resolve money troubles, you confront or face all aspects of money. To really confront something, you have no resistance, no hesitation and no emotion. You simply face it 100%.

For example, you can probably confront an apple. The apple does not scare you or upset you. You can easily control and enjoy the apple.

However, a credit card bill, a financial disagreement or a problem with taxes may not be as easy for you to face. These areas of low confront actually hurt your ability to have money.

When you face something completely, the area starts to improve. It's amazing how much money you can make when you improve your ability to confront money matters.

Using our example above, Steve is a financial success because he faces all financial problems. For example, he fearlessly sells big packages of office furniture to the toughest customers.

Andy gets so nervous when talking to big-shot customers that he prefers to stay in the store instead of going to customer's offices. If he were willing to confront tough customers, and went to see them despite his fear, he would conquer his fear and earn more money.
